- Ethical Considerations: Emphasizing ethical considerations in moderation practices, including confidentiality, fairness, and impartiality.
- Feedback and Reporting: Providing feedback to assessors and stakeholders based on moderation outcomes and ensuring that assessment processes meet required standards.
- Practical Application: Engaging in practical exercises to apply moderation principles in real-world scenarios, ensuring participants can effectively carry out their role as moderators.
In compliance with regulatory guidelines set forth by all SETAs (Sector Education and Training Authorities) and PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority), all students must undertake their summative assessments, which are closed book exams, at the designated training centre as prescribed.
