Aim of Course:
The purpose of this programme is to enable learners to understand the needs of service dogs to ensure that these needs are met in order to promote the wellbeing of the service dog. This programme will equip learners with the elementary competencies needed by all personnel working with service dogs.
In compliance with regulatory guidelines set forth by all SETAs (Sector Education and Training Authorities) and PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority), all students must undertake their summative assessments, which are closed book exams, at the designated training centre as prescribed.
